Welcome to our consultation website.  This website has been launched to understand community views on our proposals for about 100 new homes including affordable housing, community facilities, a replacement car park for Speed the Plough and public open space on land off Evelench Lane, Tibberton.

Part of the land is currently proposed for allocation for residential development in the South Worcestershire Development Plan Preferred Options Consultation, published in November 2019.  We are now seeking community views for the development of circa 100 homes and additional community facilities.  We believe the land is suitable for new homes, as indicated by the draft South Worcestershire Development Plan allocation, and could provide greater benefits for the local community.
