Horsham Green Continuing Care Retirement Community

The intention is to provide a wide variety of care units on a single site, from dedicated 24-hour care to more flexible care arrangements, creating a truly integrated Continuing Care Community.

Alongside the care units, a central Community Hub building will provide facilities for residents including a swimming pool, therapy and activity rooms, restaurant, gym and prayer room. 

Outdoors, residents will have formal recreational areas to enjoy, including a boating lake, bowling green, croquet lawn, greenhouses and allotments, as well as a much larger area of informal green space.  

The intention is to boost the overall biodiversity of the site by 60%, including the planting of 6,500 new native trees.
