Lioncourt Strategic Land Limited are based in Worcestershire and work to bring forward planning permissions for new, well-designed homes alongside their associated community, green, and highways infrastructure. Lioncourt have an agreement with the landowner, St John’s College Oxford, to promote the land east of Kingston Bagpuize for the development of new homes.
