Our proposals will deliver new infrastructure for Kingston Bagpuize and Fyfield, including a relief road through the site, connecting the A415 and A420. We are currently developing a Phasing Strategy which will allow the delivery of much-needed new homes at the same time as the A415-A420 relief road, providing certainty for the land.

The below image shows the initial phasing plan, which would see approximately 400 homes built with the new link road. The precise details of our proposed phasing will be finalised with Vale officers when the  planning application has been submitted and is under consideration.
