Throughout the consultation, we sought to understand how we could provide new community infrastructure alongside the new homes to ensure the new homes proposals enhance both Kingston Bagpuize and Fyfield. We look forward to discussing this further with stakeholders.

We are committed to proactive engagement with local stakeholders in the promotion of our land. We have worked hard to gain a full understanding of local issues and endeavour to develop our proposals to fit local requirements and circumstances.

Public exhibition

In October 2016, we held a public exhibition, providing residents and stakeholders with an opportunity to view the initial proposals, speak with members of the project team, and offer feedback.
