February 2025 Update

Because of the significant costs involved with submitting a planning application, it is necessary for the Cecil Court project team to seek internal approval from Aster Group before proceeding with the next stages of the Cecil Court project.

With all existing and future commitments currently under review, a decision from Aster Group is not expected until the new financial year at the earliest (April 2025), and probably not until the late spring / early summer of 2025.  Until then, the proposed Cecil Court re-development remains a live project and the project team are continuing to work on the proposals and the supporting business case.
