We’ve been working with the land promoters on this Business and Trade Park for almost half a decade, supporting them with political and community communications through a sequence of planning applications for various sections of the site.

This week, we visit a project just a few minutes walk from our office in Central London. For this scheme, we were brought in to deliver post-planning communications, working closely with the MD of a major developer to deliver clear and effective communications in a sensitive area.

Just as important as building new homes is delivering the community facilities to go alongside, and in recent years we’ve worked closely with several retailers, including Lidl, to gain planning consent for new food stores throughout the country.

Today we’re in Henfield, discussing how we helped gain consent for 200+ new homes on land that had been allocated in the Neighbourhood Plan.

This week we move from rural Oxfordshire to the heart of London, where we supported a hotel extension just metres from Trafalgar Square.

This week in our tour of projects SP Broadway have helped with this year, we’re visiting a beautiful village in the heart of the West Oxfordshire Cotswolds.

This week on our journey around of some of the projects we have supported this year,  David discusses a data centre in Buckinghamshire, right next to the M25. For this project we engaged extensively with local stakeholders and residents, highlighting the benefits of our proposals. The site was approved by the Secretary of State earlier this year.

Between now and Christmas, David will be giving a tour of some of SP Broadway’s successes this year – starting with a brownfield site in West Berkshire.
