The Homes We Need: How to deliver on Labour’s housebuilding ambition

If you are attending the Labour Conference in Liverpool on Monday 9th October, please come and meet David and Alice at the Hallam Land / Fabian Society fringe event in the Maritime Museum at Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool L3 4AQ at 2pm.

At ‘The Homes We Need: How to deliver on Labour’s housebuilding ambition’ fringe discussion, Nick Duckworth (Managing Director of Hallam Land), Matthew Pennycook MP (Shadow Housing and Planning Minister), Kate Henderson (CEO of the National Housing Federation), Deputy Mayor Tom Copley (Portfolio Holder for Housing and Residential Development, London Assembly), and Cllr Shama Tatler (Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning & Growth, Brent Council) will be discussing future housing and planning policy and how to get Britain building.

The discussion will lead on from the recent publication by the Fabian Society titled ‘Homes for Britain – Planning for Growth’ which outlines 10 housing and planning suggestions for a future Labour Government to adopt in a General Election manifesto. The full report can be found here: Homes for Britain

With a General Election on the cards for 2024 and Labour currently polling well, this major fringe event will be a good opportunity to hear from Matthew Pennycook MP about emerging Labour housing and planning policy and to ask any questions you may have.

We look forward to seeing you there.
