Gavray Drive, Bicester

SP Broadway has supported L&Q Estates with community consultation and engagement for Gavray Drive, Bicester.

L&Q Estates has undertaken a process of community consultation and engagement with local stakeholders to ensure that all community views are considered in developing the Gavray Drive proposals for new and affordable homes, a local wildlife site, public open space, play areas and landscaping. L&Q Estates are in discussions with Cherwell District Council to resolve outstanding matters to allow the planning application to be determined by the authority.

The consultation process began on 15 October 2020 with a meeting of ecology groups and experts. Wider public consultation followed towards the end of 2020 and has continued in early 2021, with a consultation leaflet sent in January 2021 to addresses in Bicester to inform local stakeholders of the Gavray Drive proposals and invite feedback. Keep your eyes posted on this page for the latest news about the consultation process.
